WHERE CAN I ORDER DELIVERY?
Delivery is available throughout Ukraine.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
If you have any questions regarding delivery or your order, please contact us via email or through the messenger listed on our website.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days after confirmation.
If certain items are temporarily out of stock and require production at the time of ordering, the delivery period may be extended, but will not exceed 14 business days.
Shipping within Ukraine is carried out via Nova Poshta.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs are calculated according to the current rates of Nova Poshta and the carrier’s applicable terms.
The shipping fee is paid by the Customer upon receipt of the order or according to the delivery option selected during checkout.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
We kindly recommend carefully inspecting your order upon receipt.
Please ensure that the item is in proper condition and free from visible defects.
Once the item has been accepted from the courier or collected at the delivery office, claims regarding visible defects will not be accepted (except in cases of hidden manufacturing defects).
RETURNS POLICY
Items eligible for return must meet the following conditions:

The item shows no signs of wear or damage

All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
Please try on items carefully and return them in the same condition in which they were received.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

WHO COVERS RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?
Return shipping costs are covered by the Customer.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refunds are processed within 3–14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned item.
The exact timing depends on your bank and the original payment method.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you may cancel your order prior to shipment by contacting us via any available communication channel listed on the website.
