1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the “Policy”) defines the procedure for the collection, processing, storage, and protection of personal data of users of the website www.ganzen.store (hereinafter — the “Website”).

1.2. By using the Website and/or placing an Order, the User confirms that they have read this Policy and consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with its terms.

1.3. This Policy is developed in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine in the field of personal data protection.

3.1. When placing an Order on the Website, we may collect:

  • first and last name;

  • phone number;

  • email address;

  • delivery address (city, postal branch/parcel locker/courier address);

  • order comments (optional).

3.2. When contacting customer support or via contact forms/messengers, we may collect:

  • name;

  • contact details (phone/email/username);

  • the content of the inquiry and any information voluntarily provided by the User.

3.3. We do not collect or store payment card details. Payments are processed exclusively through secure payment service providers and acquiring banks (including Portmone) via protected payment pages.

 

4. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

4.1. Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • processing and fulfilling Orders;

  • organizing delivery of Products;

  • communicating regarding order status, returns, or exchanges;

  • responding to customer inquiries;

  • complying with applicable Ukrainian legislation (accounting and tax obligations, etc.).

 

5. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

5.1. The legal grounds for processing personal data include:

  • the User’s consent;

  • necessity for the performance of a sales contract (public offer);

  • compliance with legal obligations under Ukrainian law.

6.1. We may transfer personal data to third parties strictly to the extent necessary for fulfilling the Order, including:

  • delivery service providers (e.g., Nova Poshta) for shipment purposes;

  • payment service providers/acquiring banks for payment processing;
